Council application fees and Planning Portal service charges are separate from our drawing fee. These are paid by the applicant when the planning application is submitted.

For a typical householder planning application in England, a council application fee may apply. A Planning Portal service charge may also apply when submitting an application online.

As fees can change, the final amount should always be checked through the Planning Portal or confirmed with the relevant local council before submission.

Our quote covers the preparation of the drawings only, unless submission support is agreed separately.

       Standard residential planning drawing packages are usually completed within 5 working days after the site visit and deposit payment.

       More complex projects may take longer, but this will be confirmed before work begins.
